Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account on the nd99 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and credit balances forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, phone number, and valid email address.
• Set a strong password and keep your login credentials secure — nd99 is not responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when required, including uploading valid identification documents such as your MyKad or passport.
• Ensure that the registered bank account is in your own name — nd99 does not permit deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts.

Nd99 reserves the right to decline, suspend, or close any account if there is reasonable cause to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or in violation of any condition set out in this document.

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards nd99 support staff.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the nd99 support team. Any valid funds in the account will be returned upon completion of the necessary investigation, typically within 5–7 business days.

Nd99 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, nd99 is not liable for:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or third-party interference.
• Losses arising from valid game outcomes determined by the established RNG system.

Under no circumstances shall nd99's total liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the nd99 platform shall first be resolved through bilateral discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mutually agreed independent arbitration.
